My experience at EMG Thetford could have been better because , unfortunately, within 30 minutes of taking the car, I had to take it back because a fault occurred and it had to have a new Coil Pack fitted! Then on Friday 4th July, just 11 days after collecting car, the battery needed replacing! Which I had to get done and paid for! Which hopefully I will get reimbursed for under the 3 month warranty? I do feel these faults should have been detected and put right before I collected the car, especially considering I had paid the £99 for the 100 point check up!
