The sales process was fine. I probably paid more than the book value but I wanted the reassurance that a main dealer should give me. However, the car 'died' the following day because the battery was virtually dead and this had not been checked in the pre-delivery service. This caused me a lot of anxiety and irritation as well as a lost day. This is something that the dealership should attend to.
EMG Mazda Cambridge were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were efficient courteous and knowledgeable.
