I was happy with the service at EMG Mazda Boston because , Lee the salesman was very polite and knowledgeable as were the rest of the team members i met. Saw the car on autotrader.co.uk just the model and price i was looking for, rang emg and put a holding deposit straight away, arranged time to look which was a Sunday so very helpful there as I live 2hrs away. Got there just as opening and Lee showed me around car and then test drove, sorted collection day ,following weekend and found dealing with emg boston a pleasure, polite, non pushy and professional

I'd suggest EMG Mazda Boston to a friend because of the effort made by Ben to source the vehicle from another EMG outlet, thereby making my life far easier to view and purchase the vehicle locally, rather than travel a significant distance to an alternative outlet. This action was entirely initiated by Ben, soon after I had found the vehicle at a different EMG dealership.......most unexpected, and much appreciated.
