EMG Mazda Boston were great because the staff were very friendly an knowledgeable, however I live in Sussex so could not take advantage of any service plan they might have.
None of our friends or family live near Boston. If any did we would happily recommend WMG Boston. Our dealings with Emilly were pleasant and we were not pressured by her like we have experienced in other car sales companies.

My experience at EMG Mazda Boston was positive because there was no pushy sales talk.
I test drove 2 different cars and was given explanations about both.
I was there quite a while choosing what I wanted but wasn't made to feel rushed or anything.
Great price given for my car in part exchange.
All paperwork and add ons explained of which I took full advantage of.
All in all great customer service from a great lteam..nothing was too much trouble..highly recommend

I was pleased with EMG Mazda Boston and would recommend them because the salesmen were very helpful and the process was easy and fast. I am dissatisfied with the aftercare. The car was delivered unclean and without the agreed mats and agreed repairs so these have had to be chased up (by me).
