Very pleasant experience being shown round the car and test driving
everything was explained and absolutely no pressure to pay extras I didn’t want, on collection the car was very clean and ready to go.

My experience at EMG Ipswich could have been better because on day of collection I was faced with a demand of £195 for car tax despite an agreed fee to exchange vehicles . Also the service plan carried a £40 set up charge plus management fees consisting of 34 payments at £1.32.
