EMG Haverhill were helpful because Nicki Gregory the sales person I dealt with was wonderful polite and very knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble for her, I was kept updated on the phone and on collection day she was genuinely very happy for me as I have wanted a Lexus car for a long time, well done Nicki for all your hard work.
