I'd recommend EMG BYD Spalding to a friend because the service was impeccable. We had a negative experience at a previous car sales & then visited EMG. We was offered to test drive the car we had in mind but ultimately decided it felt too small for us (a bmw). We told Darren and he had a look through the stock and recommended us a Kia sportage. We would never have normally considered a Kia but we took Darren’s advice and we loved it. We opted for finance with gap insurance, the wheel protection & the extended warranty. Darren kept in contact with us in between our initial visit and collecting the car. We love the car and would absolutely come back to EMG.
My experience at EMG BYD Spalding could have been better because I don’t trust them at all.
Bought a car from them which was mot”d no advisories etc. drove car home steering all over the place. Independently inspected and found to have defective parts on it. Car returned to be told nothing wrong with it. Delivered back to me and now going to cost me 1300 pounds to rectify an issue they should have before selling the car
Makes me question what else is unscrupulous and byd spalding.
Worst experience ever would not recommend buy elsewhere.
99 pound deposit they won’t return or remove off price of vehicle supposedly a handover charge AVOID
