EMG Bury St Edmunds

The staff at EMG Bury St Edmunds were good because of their attention to detail and friendly attitude.

My experience at EMG Bury St Edmunds could have been better because we were let down by the service manager promising to fill the car up , this was not done, the car had less than 12 miles of fuel in it, the windscreen inside hadn’t been cleaned, I would have thought after spending the amount of money on the car it would have been at least valeted properly and we were given the wrong keys to start with.Still waiting for the paperwork with the correct address on the warranty, despite asking for a new copy with the correct address and postcode it still hasn’t arrived.

I was pleased with EMG Bury St Edmunds and would recommend them because from start to finish they are fantastic. Will buy from again. Thank you all.

Really impressed with the service at EMG Bury St Edmunds. Will Dodkin was the salesman who dealt with the purchase of our BMW 118i and the trade in of our Golf TDi. Not pushy at all but very knowledgeable about all the cars we viewed. The sale and trade-in prices were discussed openly and honestly, plus the extra services and policies were explained clearly. The car was presented in immaculate condition on collection. I cannot recommend the team at EMG highly enough.
