EMC Eastbourne Vauxhall were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Phil was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Living 3 hour drive away my husband and I relied on him to have everything ready when we arrived to pick up my vehicle as our purchase was all done via phone and email and his attention to detail in all communications was excellent (this was our first purchase of an electric car so a lot of questions put to him!!). Certainly cannot fault the service we received and Phil was friendly, very helpful and remained professional throughout.
I would not recommend EMC Eastbourne Vauxhall because when I collected my car it had not been cleaned, the paintwork had not been touched up, the windscreen jets were not working and the car was dirty inside. All these issues were fixed but it was disappointing that the car was handed over to me in this state without being checked first.

Regrettably there was a breakdown in communication between our Uckfield and Eastbourne vehicle preparation teams. It's unacceptable that the vehicle wasn't properly cleaned and prepared for handover, and we would like to apologise unreservedly for any disappointment and inconvenience this caused you.
