The experience at EMC Eastbourne Suzuki was good because Phil was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very happy to let me test drive the vehicles I wanted to, despite the pouring rain! I didn’t feel pressured to purchase a car but was very happy with the car I chose. Although I’ve not been contacted yet Phil will be letting me know when the new car mats have arrived.
Overall I felt my custom was important and I felt valued as a customer.
