I would not recommend Drive Motor Retail Leicester because they really did not listen to me when discussing the vehicle terms and my needs. I said "NO" several times to warranty and GAP insurance yet the Salesman and manager were very insistent. Offered very low value for my car. Had to pay for my own fuel. Car was not ready, paperwork not ready, car was not cleaned, issues with care were not explained. Salesman new very little history about the vehicle and did not go out of his way to find out. Car had hole on back seat which was not pointed out and missing boot floor cover, again not explained anywhere in ad or by the dealership. Happy to make wait without even offering a beverage. Would not recommend or buy from again.
