My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Louth was cracking because I had multiple issues with the finance company loading up documents. Claire came in on her day off to handover the vehicle and waited with me for 5 hours while the finance company got themselves sorted out. Very personalised service. Thank you Clare.

Drayton Motors Kia Louth were fantastic because the service from Claire Reed was excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process of getting our car smooth and stress-free. The only thing that let the experience down was the cleanliness of the car on collection, as it appeared to have been poorly cleaned with sweets left between the seats and a few areas missed. Aside from that, we were very happy with the overall experience and especially grateful for Claire’s outstanding customer service.
