I'd definitely recommend Drayton Motors Kia Boston because from the second we walked into the showroom, Adrian Silaghi was a really helpful and friendly face. He explained everything really thoroughly throughout both of our visits to the showroom. He kept in contact between our visits to check in re our situation and sharing information on newly available cars that fit our preferences. We have two young children who attended the showroom with us on both occasions and Adrian was really friendly, playful and patient with them too. He also organised us having all 4 tyres replaced (which was really appreciated) however we would have to come back to get them fitted. When the fitting appointment was organised, my husband made Adrian aware that I could attend the appointment but asked if I could wait in the showroom and work as this was during my working hours. Adrian allocated me a desk and I was offered refreshments on multiple occasions by members off staff. We are super happy with our purchase and our decision to commit to Kia. Thank you so much - Adrian deserves a pay rise!
