From my very first telephone enquiry concerning the vehicle I was interested in, Mr Vim Patel the salesman was wonderfully understanding, courteous and couldn't do enough to give me complete confidence about the garage, the car and the purchase if I was to go ahead and buy the car. Everything was explained in detail and he showed great patience in answering all my "small" questions. He certainly went above and beyond acting simply as a person wanting to make the sale - a most admirable quality. It was actually a pleasure in dealing with Mr Patel for which I thank him.

The experience at Drayton Motors Bolton was good because Raymon who I have dealt with twice now is a fantastic person who helped and guided me through all steps of the sale. A really brilliant and warm person who made the process a total pleasure. Cannot recommend him and the dealership highly enough.
