My experience at Dicksons of Inverness could have been better because the condition of the engine compartment was very poor. Areas in compartment covered in leaves and other areas not cleaned. Windscreen washer reservoir half empty. I did complain to sales manager and received half hearted apology. Not very satisfactory

Dicksons of Inverness were fantastic because everyone was very helpful. They xplained everything from begining to end and were very patient with us while we decided what we wanted and what our options were. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Very smooth process from my initial contact to the test drive and eventually handover of vehicle. Thomas was very helpful throughout and at no point did I feel pressured by him as I have in the past from salesmen elsewhere. Very happy with the car so far!
