I'd recommend Dacia Swansea because the service received was of a very high standard.

My initial visit was on a very hot day and my parents and I were offered drinks and ice creams and were able to wait in the comfortably air conditioned show room.

I knew what I wanted beforehand and Paul facilitated this smoothly and quickly. I chose the car on a Saturday and drove it away the following Thursday.

Paul was friendly and efficient throughout both my visits. He made the experience much less daunting than I had expected and I felt at ease when I picked my car up alone. Products and offers were explained but not pushed and I was happy with the value of my part-exchange.

The follow up call a few days later was a lovely touch.
