Dace German Car Centre

My experience at Dace German Car Centre was cracking because the sales reps were great with the car dealing

I'd recommend Dace German Car Centre because great service from the team , my issue was I paid for the car and was told the front camera needed to be replaced
But this should have been told before I purchased the car. Since then I have had to call to find out when the car can be booked in. So far I was told that the part is there but waiting for dates as no one is available at present. This has somewhat spoilt my experience with Dace. The team are good but need to be more proactive with the after sales care . I should have been called to book in asap . I have since been told that I will get a call back from Will or Jake who sold me the car but I am still waiting for the call.

I would not recommend Dace German Car Centre because the car was not as described, and communication with Dace has been very difficult. They have been nice when I’ve spoken to them, but they consistently do not return calls or update me when they say they will. This has happened four times now.

The staff at Dace German Car Centre were good because Callum Rana Was fantastic sales executive

The experience at Dace German Car Centre was great because you asssited me in every aspect of what I needed. You said I could test drive as many cars as I wanted. Car was ready in good time. Yo discounted the optional extra.

I'd suggest Dace German Car Centre to a friend because they are very up front with everything and any problems i had with anything was sorted straight away and very friendly service to deal with
