I would not recommend Dace Car Supermarket because they are too focused on a fast sale. Wouldn’t let me pay to reserve the car and made me feel pressured to buy on the day. Made errors on the figures quoted to me and submitted the finance plan with figures I had not agreed to which caused me to have to pay £200 more. Since purchasing the car I have emailed 3/4 times regarding a fault on the car, as I was covered by a months warranty. I still have not received a response and now the warranty has passed which makes me feel that I was ignored on purpose.

I was happy with the service at Dace Car Supermarket because they are not pushy, they give you time to make your own decision. They also give you all the information required to enable you to make that decision. Callum was very friendly, polite and professional. A credit to the sales team there. Also the test drive was on suitable roads, not just a 30ph as at some places. The part-x was good which sealed the sale.
