The experience at CUPRA Oldham was fantastic because from first visit to picking up the car we were looked after by Michael who was friendly, professional and enthusiastic. This is a tricky one - Cupra Oldham are in a fortunate position where they have access to a very large pool of cars to pull from which makes them unique. All the staff were very nice in person, but there were a collection of communication errors throughout the buying process that made it quite unenjoyable at times. A bit more foresight and better communication would have gone a long way in improving the experience

I'd definitely recommend CUPRA Oldham because the staff were amazing with the handover and spoke through every little detail to make sure my whole experience was satisfied. Martian made me and my partner very comfortable as he was a lovely, funny and ambitious man.
