My experience at CUPRA Crewe could have been better if they had made an effort to sell me the vehicle. I had access to funds despite being turned down for credit and could have paid cash. They were not prepared to wait for me to draw those funds, because as they put it, 'it had to be completed by the end of the month' I was also told I could walk from the train station to collect the vehicle. Surely if I am spending £28k, they could have offered to collect me in the car I was buying that day. I was under whelmed with the customer service and so I walked away.

Standard of the valet undertaken prior to taking the car was poor (if one was actually undertaken). The car was advertised as having proximity entry but it doesn’t actually have it. The various policies for alloy wheel protection, etc. were pushed too hard. The finance options were also pushed too hard and I don’t understand why I had to sign forms after deciding not to have them. The sales person was very helpful though and we do like the car.
