Cumbria Autos Ltd were helpful because they were so lovely when I first approached. It was my first time buying from a dealership ALONE as a young female, and Frank (dealership man) was lovely. I took my granddad with me for my test drive and this was all fine by Frank. He kindly spoke me through everything with me and my grandad and made us feel positive and supported. Even after buying the car, I had a little issue with squeeky breaks and he arranged for him to have a look ASAP which was brilliant. Will definitely reccomend if any friends/family are looking for a new car.
