I'd recommend Crewe Audi to a friend because the sales staff are helpful friendly easy to deal with professional and knowledgeable but with a caveat. Pity the experience was spoiled by someone in admin stating that posted Retention Certificate was required before release of v5 bond monies irrespective of the fact that you had by then the original V5 for the traded in vehicle (and had already been provided with DVLA’s emailed copy) thereby making the retention certificate redundant. Thankfully resolved in 24 hours and monies now refunded. Thanks particularly to Ella Richards. Shame on Admin. If the original Retention Certificate is a requirement then the customer should be advised of this BEFORE entering into the V5 bond agreement and not post agreement. The above score would in all probability have been 10 had Admin not spoiled the experience leaving a somewhat sour taste in the mouth.
I'd suggest Crewe Audi to a friend because the range and specification of vehicles on offer is impressive and we had such a good customer service experience with confidence that this would roll over into the future should there be any problems or queries.
My experience at Crewe Audi could have been better because the car was damaged on arrival, and took an additional 2 hours of my and my partner's time while a new part was fitted. The car should have been checked the day before pickup.
