Chingford Audi were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Louis Zanfardino made me feel very welcome and was extremely knowledgeable, the whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Chingford Audi.

Reserved a car online and received confirmation only to be told that it's had been sold to someone else. Found and alternative but it had a faulty driver's seat that could not be fixed in time for me to collect. Asked me to collect go back in two weeks to have it fixed which I wasn't prepared to do because of the time and distance involved and also I didn't want to drive a faulty car for two weeks. Unfortunately, i had to back out of the purchase. A collect and return would have most likely salvaged the deal. Getting a refund was awkward. I was asked for credit and debit card details by email which goes against PCI DSS compliance. Got it sorted in the end though. Daniel was very helpful during the sales process.

Chingford Audi were great throughout because they made the process seamless. Mohammed (Mo) was the sales executive who we dealt with; he was very helpful, explained everything in detail, and didn't push us to make a decision and instead helped guide us and answer our questions so that we can make decisions that we were comfortable with. We ended up buying a gorgeous Q2 that he was able to find which fit the specs that we were looking for. He was absolutely fantastic during the handover too, having come in despite being off work on that day. He also kept in touch with us to ensure that any issues we had with the vehicle were addressed early on.

The experience at Chingford Audi was excellent! Made me feel comfortable and right at home - loooove my new Audi!!
