Charles Hurst Belfast Kia were really helpful and I'd recommend them because of my own extremely positive experience. Having decided to import a used car from the UK , aided by the £/€ exchange rate I researched both England & NI options and am delighted to have chosen Charles Hurst in Belfast. Salesperson William Crawford was a pleasure to deal with, was totally honest with me on a slight issue on the Kia 7 years warranty and was very familiar with the ROI VRT processes. The Charles H presence in Dublin was an added assurance. Upon collecting the car I spotted that the Charles H assist sticker had both NI & ROI contact numbers on there. A while after collecting the car I was sent an e mail with an embedded personalised video link from William which I felt was a great touch. All in all - an excellent experience!!

I'd definitely recommend Charles Hurst Belfast Kia to friends and family because the salesperson Peter Raine was attentive and professional at all times. Follow up staff explaining a service package was excellent. Gap insurance and damage insurance although not taken was fully explained. I dd not require finance which also was explained as I paid cash with trade in, I would thoroughly recommend Charles Hurst Kia very pleasant experience.
