Everything was explained from start to end and Scott kept me informed throughout the process. The test drive was relaxing and again I didn't feel under any pressure. As a woman going in on your own to buy a car is very daunting, my husband was working and unable to go with me, but Scott was there to help and guide me and went through everything until the car i wanted was brought over from the holding site. As promised Scott got the car over on the Monday and I was able to view it with my husband this time. Again Scott went through everything so my husband was informed and included in the process of getting me a new car. Fantastic service throughout from Scott, he's a credit to your team.
