I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car from Cartime Bury. I didn't feel pressured at any point buy all the options and extras were clearly explained to me. I feel like Bradley did his best to get me a deal that worked for me. He was friendly and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend them and will happily visit next time I'm looking for a new car.

Bought a Mini Countryman from the Bury Branch, it was a very busy day so the person I delt with seemed to be dealing with 2 people at the same time, but did the best he could. I have had a small issue with thee car, which when I rung the service side I was very disappointed with there response, and it's made me very un sure about dealing with them again - Looking at other reviews this seems to be a ongoing issue for them. I love the car, but the aftercare team have so far seemed very abrasive and unhelpful, as well as dismissive of the 14 day seller rights
