My experience at Cars 4 You Edinburgh could have been better because I was travelling from Liverpool and had had a survey by a mechanic. Two things, broken horn and side light out, were pointed out but unsatisfactory. 'Fixed' horn sounds like a sick duck. Side light is still out. . Split door seal not fixed. There was a used face mask, crumbs, and a toffee of some sort stuck to the carpet down the side of the seat. I didn't see this until I got home and I still haven't managed to get it all out. Sometimes communications answered straight away. Sometimes needed a reminder. I usually buy from Arnold Clarke. Much higher standards but much higher prices. It would only take a little more effort to make a vast improvement to the service and standards.
