My experience at Carlisle Audi was positive because the all the staff at the dealership (and I think I met almost all of them !) were incredibly helpful and accomodating. I will say that I did have a couple of issues but follow up by saying it's the way those issues are addressed that determines how satisfied you are as a customer rather than the issues themselves. They stepped up and just got stuff sorted out which was reassuring and impressive to see.

My experience at Carlisle Audi could have been better.
At first, the Audi Q7 felt like a dream car. I was so excited to finally get it. But after spending some time looking over it properly this weekend, I found a few problems.
There are a few scratches inside and outside the car. When I opened the bonnet, I was shocked the air filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in years. On top of that, the tyre pressure warning keeps coming up even after I reset it, even though the pressure seems fine.
I honestly expected much better from Audi. It’s really disappointing when something you were so excited about turns out like this.
The experience at Carlisle Audi was fantastic because from the moment I enquired about the vehicle I had a personal video message from the sales rep introducing themselves which was a nice touch. They wasn’t pushy to get a sale and answered all my questions, even after I collected the vehicle.
