Cardiff Trade Sales were great because they met my needs and we're very open and honest about the car. On pick up I had a very minor issue with the car which was resolved rapidly. Very happy customer.
My experience at Cardiff Trade Sales could have been better because this is the second time going to get a car and then when buying it I was told it needed a new gearbox. The first time I was able to find a replacement but this time I was left with no car as they told me mine had already been sold. However this was untrue as they put mine up for sale on their website/sales site a few days later. I felt let down and misled by them all. Never again.
