I'd definitely recommend Carbase Bristol because its a trustable place to get a car. Also very helpful staffs and quality used cars.
I would not recommend Carbase Bristol because： The buying experience itself was smooth. The sales staff were friendly and helpful, and everything seemed well organised on the day.
But once I drove off the forecourt, the after sales support completely disappeared. On the same day I picked up the car, I noticed the entire right rear light wasn’t working no brake light, no indicator, nothing. I called twice over the next few days and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I also sent a detailed email with photos, and again, no reply.
This is a serious fault on a car that was claimed to have passed a RAC multipoint inspection. I find it hard to believe such an obvious safety issue was missed. It feels like once the sale was done, I was left on my own.
Sales were great, but after sales has been completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Carbase based on how I’ve been treated since taking delivery.

Friendly staff, helpful and everything was explained clearly. Very patient when ensuring I was making the right decision. Follow up phone a week after I got the car and ensured any issues were booked in and dealt with.
