The car was exactly as described, and the online video was especially helpful in giving me confidence before purchasing.
Delivery was quick, arriving within just a few days. The car also came with a fresh MOT and new tyres, which was a great bonus.
Upon delivery, Rob took the time to clearly demonstrate how to use the vehicle, which I really appreciated as it was my first time owning an accessible car. His support and attention to detail made a big difference.
