I would recommend BYD Crewe to friends and family because the whole experience was relaxed and informative with no pressure compared to some other dealerships.
My experience at BYD Crewe was excellent because my sales man Wayne was very informative took the time to answer all our questions and there was no hard sale so we felt at ease with no rush to purchase. We went back the following week saw Wayne who answered more questions and put us at ease with a test drive .
Nothing was too much . We were so comfortable with him and the knowledge he shared we were convinced and brought a BYD instead of the tuscon we came to purchase and we don't regret it. He also successfully assisted my daughter in the purchase of her car . Thank you Wayne your a star for BYD
