BYD Chester staff were good because they answered my questions pleasant to deal with still have issue with byd app hopefully sort out this wk end I am so happy with the car it makes me smile when driving it if I get it from my wife

My experience at BYD Chester was cracking because both Jacob and Matt were extremely professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions (of which there were numerous) with understanding and patience and at the close of each visit ensured I was happy with all the information given. Consideration was always given to my comfort in the showroom and coffee was always offered. This purchase of my new vehicle has been the most satisfying experience and at no point did I feel under pressure to make any decision. Many thanks to Jacob and Matt.

My experience at BYD Chester could have been better because the customer purchasing experience was so disappointing. There was no excitement to the purchase due to the lack of interaction from the sales dept and manager. At no time did the Manager come out to thank us for our 35k purchase from his business. When we arrived to collect the vehicle we had to go and find the sales person rather than being greeted by them. It is little touches like this that makes all the difference to purchasing a new car and I have never had such a disappointing experience when purchasing vehicles in the past.
We are still awaiting for the QR code to be arranged despite being told it had been done at the time of collection; and despite speaking to another colleague at BYD Chester who advised "it had been done wrong" and that it was sorted out. It wasn't and isn't sorted to date !
The only reason that we purchased from BYD Chester was because of the favourable price although the mileage differed significantly from the stated 50 miles in their advert. When we visited other BYD dealerships when considering our purchase, the experience and welcome that we received from BYD Crewe and BYD Wigan vastly excelled anything that BYD Chester provided or offered. As I advised to the sales person, it was only because of the price that I continued with the purchase, I would have been happy to purchase at a higher price from another BYD dealership. The difference between 35k and 37k was nominal to be worried about at this level of cash purchase. I would have been more grateful for being made to feel like a valued and welcome customer by BYD Chester and that is why I will not recommend them to friends, family and colleagues.

I'd definitely recommend BYD Chester because the staff are very helpful and were able to guide me on the right car for my needs.

My experience at BYD Chester was positive because the product appears at the moment to be excellent. I am very happy with it so far. The staff were helpful but could really do with some customer care training. They are full of good intentions and do what they can to help, but care of the customer should be paramount. Communication from them was not as good as i would have expected.
