I had seen the car I wanted online but had not visited the before. The staff at Brindley Kia West Brom seemed really attentative... on the ball and not pushy like many garages I'd been to. Tim E who served me was fab and said to get in touch with any questions on the new car, no matter how small. I really appreciated that and would definitely recommend.

Great service all round, Keiran was great with us, very patient as it was my 1st car purchase. Very smooth and quick process and so happy with my new car!
However welcoming could be worked on both times we wernt acknowledged when entering the garage. But didn't effect our mind as service from then on was great. Didn't feel pressured or rushed. Thank you !
