I'd definitely recommend Brindley Hyundai Wolverhampton because every thing was straight forward, Mark our sales person was really helpful, polite and explained all we needed to know. We did not use their finance as we were cash buyers.
I would not recommend Brindley Hyundai Wolverhampton because when we arrived, the workers on the front desk were not welcoming. Their demeanour and attitude was not the best. We found it unprofessional for someone to look away when a visitor is entering your premises. Having a friendly and welcoming body language is enough for a customer to approach you without any hesitation. I wish if every staff member could easily be approachable irrespective of he or she being the sales person assigned to the customer. We were meant to collect the vehicle at 2pm and it was not ready until after 2:30 pm.
