From the start, their selection of cars stood out—everything in great condition and fairly priced for what you’re getting. What really made a difference for me, though, was the approach of the staff. They were refreshingly straightforward—no pressure, no upselling, and definitely no pushy sales tactics. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, that put me at ease straight away.
Craig, who I spoke to on the phone, was especially helpful and reassuring. He reserved the car for me (for a fee of course) even though I couldn’t get there for a few days. When my partner and I travelled all the way from Manchester by train to view the car, they picked us up from the station—and dropped us off after. Honestly, I didn’t expect that and was so grateful.
The showroom itself was clean, cosy, and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly. We even got a peek at the garage in the back, which was spotless and really well-organized—a great sign of how they run things.
They had the car all prepped for us when we arrived, and we were able to take it for a test drive on our own, for as long as we needed. That level of trust really stood out.
I bought my car outright, so I didn’t go through a finance plan, but based on the rest of the process, I imagine that’s just as smooth.
