Dan was respectful at all times and explained everything to me. He was happy to go through every option and I felt like him and Tristan were genuinely trying to get the best deal for me they could.

He showed us a few options, and helped us choose the right car for us, with no hard sell. Being able to have a test drive, ensured my wife was able to get in and out of the car easily. And ensured it wasnt too big for her to drive. Tristan was also able to offer us a part exchange deal, which was a real help. As we did not want the stress of selling the car privately. Completing the required paperwork could be done online, but Tristan helped us to do this at the time of collecting the car. Since purchasing the car, Tristan reassured us that we could contact him, should we have any queries. And has shown great 'after care' by promptly responding to us, which makes us feel like valued customers. We now offer a great plaudit to anyone who asks us about our Birchwood experience.
