Adam at Birchwood MG Eastbourne went above and beyond to help us out. At the time of getting the car I was 38 weeks pregnant and made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently to ensure I could get the car asap due to the possibly of being in labour any day. He also was very pleasant, friendly and kind and I would recommend any family and friends there. Also my first time driving an automatic and Adam made me feel at ease and listening to us in what we wanted. All the other staff are very excellent too

The experience at Birchwood MG Eastbourne was fantastic because there was a no pressure sale, we were allowed to take the car for a test drive and every question we ask of Daniel he was very knowledgeable and professional with his answers. A couple of issues with the paperwork side of things this does need to be looked into and a more professional approach is needed for the customer. Other than this it was a relatively good process. I do have a couple of issues with the drive of the car but the dealership are looking into this.
My experience at Birchwood MG Eastbourne was positive because Dan was very good, he explained everything and the handover was better than I'd had before at other dealerships.
I'd suggest Birchwood MG Eastbourne to a friend because Dan was great, there was no pressure to buy the car, which I like, and Dan dealt with everything. We liked the ZS so much, my partner bought one too.The only problem we had was the Finance company
