With particular thanks to Steve Lansley, our experience at Birchwood Kia Washington was entirely positive. This was our third purchase from Kia Washington and our second through Steve. He listened to what we wanted, found us the perfect car, organised the part exchange and the test drive, explained everything clearly at every stage of the purchase process without any fuss or bother and took the trouble to follow up post-purchase to check everything was OK. My experience at Birchwood Kia Washington was memorable because Matthew the salesman was very good, wasn’t pushy at all. The branch was great, chilled atmosphere and everything was explained great. The car was in great condition and when I had driven home and realised there was a chip in the windscreen I contacted Matthew and he helped to get it fixed straight away. Will be using for future servicing and MoTs and will purchase again in future if I need too.
