Baylis Southern Merthyr Tydfil staff were good because the salesperson was helpful, not pushy at all , I was impressed with the choice of cars and the good customer service.
I would not recommend Baylis Southern Merthyr Tydfil because on date of collection I was told the vehicle was not ready. Was told two day delay. Only to be told that it would be another Four days. Even offered to collect me to pick up my car. When received another phone call to tell me the car is still not ready. Might be the next day, no guarantee. I informed the salesman that I would be cancelling my order. Which I am disappointed about, as I sold my own car the night before the scheduled delivery date.
I would recommend Baylis Southern Merthyr Tydfil to friends and family because they have a great selection of quality vehicles for sale
