Baylis Hereford

I would not recommend Baylis Hereford because the salesman would not let us view the car prior to payment, and stupidly I paid the deposit and none of the work he promised to do was not completed (they had the car a week from leaving a deposit to collection). Salesman since moved from Hereford to another branch and we had to chase for someone to deal with the issues. This did happen, but after 2 days of the car being in Hereford, still issues were not resolved correctly, so had to give up on ever getting things resolved. Stressful and awful experience on buying a used car and regret visiting this dealership. Having paid just under £14000 for a used vauxhall, I was left feeling I was just a nuisance to them. Now have to get the car put right elsewhere at my cost. Please avoid at all costs.

Baylis Hereford were helpful because each one of the sales persons were extremely friendly but not at all pushy, a massive shout out to George who we bought from and Joe who we have dealt with previously bough great sales persons, all so Phil Graty was such a lovely guy and help were ever he could.

I'd definitely recommend Baylis Hereford because Joe the salesman was excellent and extremely accommodating, helping me find the right car.
