Ballyrobert Bangor

The staff at Ballyrobert Bangor were lovely. Simon was excellent from start to finish.

I was pleased with Ballyrobert Bangor and would recommend them because of the excellent service and very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased from them. I tried one car but it wasn’t right for me. Came back a week later and tried another. Some places would not necessarily welcome you back but Simon did, and worked with me to find the car I wanted.

My experience at Ballyrobert Bangor could have been better because a more suitable car came in a few days later and the price to change was (I think) unreasonable. Chip on windscreen was visible but because it had been fill they would not cover it. Even though it was in my line of sight.

I had bought previous cars from other dealerships and let down, I had went to Ballyrobert to look at cars. We met Chris on the Saturday morning, very professional and approachable. I had then picked my car and the whole process was very smooth. I couldn’t thank Chris enough for the whole experience. My gap insurance and servicing pack was factored into my finance. Overall, I am so pleased with my car and will be back to Ballyrobert with any other car that I purchase. Thank you so much Ballyrobert and Chris!
