My experience at Autolink Vehicle Solutions could have been better because picked car up and there was no fuel in the tank despite me asking to make sure there would be some. As l pulled off the forecourt the empty light came on, having just spent £11000 on a car, the car preparation was poor not very clean and when l looked for the locking wheel nut socket it was not there, l had to return to pick it up. Sorry but not impressed.
The experience at Autolink Vehicle Solutions was good because Ben made everything easy to understand, explained everything clearly and also completed some minor repairs that i asked to be done.
Autolink Vehicle Solutions were polite and helpful throughout. When we visited we had already picked out a car that we thought would meet our needs from their website and they made the process of test driving and buying very quick and easy from start to finish. No being handed around between different people, no waiting for quotes and estimates and no forced presentations on coatings and protection products that we had no interest in. Overall, very happy to finally visit a dealer who is interested in something other than our money.
