I was happy with the service at Audi Approved Epsom because of its transparency and simple approach.
My experience at Audi Approved Epsom could have been better because there is was no aftersales service. The salesperson was far too busy with normal buying customers to attend to my request. Very dissatisfied
Audi Approved Epsom weren’t exactly as helpful as could be. I initially wanted to collect the car on Saturday but I was told once a car is sold it must leave the site as quickly as possible. I was told it must be collected on Thursday, because of my job I couldn’t make that. I suggested my brother could collect on my behalf. I was informed I had to tax and insure it before he can collect. I insured it but as the MOT didn’t happen till the Thursday I couldn’t tax it when I had time. Consequently when my brother went to collect, he was left waiting for 30 minutes and then because the car wasn’t taxed he couldn’t collect. As I was driving at the time I couldn’t stop and tax the car because I had a deadline to meet in my job so my brother left empty handed. I managed to get the Friday off and I collected the car myself. Upon arrival at Epsom Audi I too had to wait 40-45 minutes to see the person dealing with me. The salesman was on holiday, so eventually I could tax the vehicle. Mildly irritating but what can I do.
Audi Approved Epsom were great because the salesperson Agi was excellent with the customer service provided. Everything was smooth and they had the car ready sooner than expected.
I'd definitely recommend Thr sales person Agnieszka Wiecha was friendly and accomodating
