My experience at Ashby Motors was positive because the vehicle was presented in a professional manner and the paperwork of previous history was available .Test drive fine and the salesman was very clear in the way he approached the sale and I was impressed with his attitude and answers to any queries I had. All in all a seamless experience Im buyinthe car and part exchanging my own vehicle.
I was not from the area and had travelled for an hours journey to get to the dealers but would recommend the dealers to anyone going there to buy a vehicle .Very satisfied with my dealing with the car sales
When you sell a car with faults. Which clearly didn’t arise as soon as I bought it. Don’t ignore multiple texts from your customers for over a week after failing to send agreed contribution towards fixing costs of the faulty vehicle you sold.

I'd recommend Ashby Motors to anyone because the staff were helpful. Even when a week later, i hsd an issue with the car. It was picked up, fixed and returned the following day. I was very impressed.
