My experience at Alpha Car Sales Ltd could have been better because , when the dealer was texted and called to explain the engine fault sign on the dashboard, the dealer asked me to check Google and get my facts , even though I have read and checked the manual on the car and online . The dealer said he does not have to deal with everything in our life in regards to the car , no time cautious , my husband was given a time to come over and the dealer was not in the garage and did not bother to apologise . Change of times and not spoken to about the issue as a customer . Rather I felt insulted as a customer for reporting an issue
Alpha Car Sales Ltd were fantastic because a got a good second hand vehicle at a fair price with reasonably low mileage delivered to my home and dealer arranged for new timing belts before delivery.
The staff at Alpha Car Sales Ltd were very good alan was so helpful and made sure all repairs due to mot fail were conducted & sorted on vehicle he contacted me regularly with updates
