I was happy with the service at Active Automotive Ltd because the communication was clear and the car as described. The only issue was promised to be sorted prior to handover and was as promised. The car was priced fairly - not below market value but also not overpriced especially considering the condition. My independent mechanic was given full access and was able to test drive without issue. All in all very positive experience.

Active Automotive Ltd were great because they was easy to talk to about the car as l have nevered owned a bmw before and when l had a slight issue with the car due to a fuel sensor they was quick to sort the problem and easy to sort and easy to sort to get the car back to them and offered me a courtesy car just incase they couldnt sort it that day
