I would not recommend Wilsons Jeep because the customer service post deposit was not of the standard I would expect. I cancelled my order due to this reason and 2-3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund of my deposit of £500. I have spoken to various “managers” and “directors” and still nothing. I have now raised it with my bank and taking further action.

I’m so pleased with the great service I received at Wilson’s - I had shown interest in a very specific model and spec level of car, they took my details and contacted me with a great car less than two months later. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be returning soon as my mum is also interested in looking at a new car!
