Wilsons Epsom Renault were great because the staff were so friendly, I dealt with Subah at first and then as he was off on paternity leave I dealt with Charlotte for the handover. Both team members were positive, enthusiastic and friendly. Subah was really informative and helped me understand what steps I needed to take in order to part exchange my old car, and change my personalised number plate (I hadn't bought a car in 10 years so I really needed the advice!) He also took me on a test drive and was great at pointing out the features in the car. Charlotte did a great handover with me and was really thorough, made me feel really comfortable especially as I don't know a lot about cars. Both team members were happy to answer my many questions. My new car was spotless. Had such a great experience from start to finish.
The experience at Wilsons Epsom Renault was great because I am registered as partially sighted driver with a full driving licence. Due to this I am nervous about what I drive. I also have a new born baby. I didn’t care for bells and whistles, I was looking at safety and feeling confident. You really listened to that. You didn’t try to up sell me, you really thought about my needs and feeling confident in the car when driving. You also didn’t go over my budget. I really felt listened and cared for.
I love my new car and that is down to your team.
