could have been better because
1 paperwork states payment can be made by card but this was not allowed.
2 paperwork stated on the road price but when vehicle collected road tax was extra
3 car needed an update so when I arrived to collect car had to wait while this was done

My experience at Wessex Garages Newport was memorable because Mo was really great, he explained everything and sorted out all the paperwork easily. He ensured the part exchange was completed and we were really pleased with how he handled everything. Kelly was very good sorting out a service plan. Everyone was happy and chatty, a very good atmosphere in the whole garage. We had excellent service from start to finish, much better than we had at our previous provider. Would recommend you 100%, definitely a 5* service.
