After arranging to test drive one vehicle we were pleased with the service we received but thought another model might be better. Steve could not have been more helpful and was able to arrange for us to test drive the different model at the same visit and then locate a vehicle that met our specification requirements and arrange for it to be brought to the Gloucester branch. We have bought many cars over the years and Steve has been one of the best individuals we have dealt with. He was really knowledgeable about the vehicles, processes and finance options and I don’t think there was a question that he couldn’t answer with honesty and confidence. He listened to and understood our requirements. Communication has been efficient and excellent throughout. Thank you.

The staff are brilliant and very helpful and informative, the gent I dealt with was in my opinion the best car sales person I’ve ever dealt with, took the time to explain everything and wasn’t pushy at all, took us on a test drive 5 minuets before close. Overall the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! Very happy thanks Volvo Gloucester!
