My experience at Waylands Reading could have been better because The addition of £199 was not explained at the outset - should have just added this to the overall cost of the car although seemed to be added on because I did not want the service plans
In addition, there was a repair required to the interior of the car that was due to be completed before I collected the car which was not completed.
Finally, not easy to use as we live in Sussex

I had a great experience at Waylands Reading because Fahim was very professional from start to finish, explained everything throughout the whole process and was a very calm polite young man, would definitely recommend him

I'd definitely recommend Waylands Reading to friends and family because the trade in process was simple and taking ownership of the newer car was simple
